Renovated Homes

Renovations come about when the client is happy with the location they live in, however their needs are not being met.

History: Client's Grand parents had lived in the home in the 50's.
Renovations had taken part in the 60's with moving the front door to enlarge the hall off the entrance.

Before	After

Another extension was added in the 70's or 80's to modernise the kitchen and bathroom. The home was disjointed and frustrating to live in for the current owners

Requirements: To restore the existing entrance and enlarge the kitchen area to include a family room plus make it in keeping with the original era. We needed to make sure that the whole project did not over-capitalise the property.
